Fish Fry at Smith’s Point

On Wednesday night this beach-side sleepy settlement comes to live as locals and tourist alike converge for great native food and an atmosphere filled with conversation and music from various DJs.

Bikini Bottom at Williams Town

Across the road from the beach and next to a small local settlement Bikini Bottom will amaze you as you see a live Rake ’n’ Scrape band. On Thursdays the 'Island Boys' play Rake 'n' Scrape music which is unusual because the primary instrument is a common handsaw. Thus, by raking and scrapping an old knife blade over the hand saw a sound similar to a paper being ripped is made and along with various other instruments it will be sure to get you out of your seat! This music is from the slave days of Bahamian history and is still a favorite today.

Isle of Capri Casino Show

On Thursday at 9pm Rico Thompson & the casino dancers will entertain you with their native show. Stick around for the rest of the evening for live music by 'The President' (a well-known local entertainer).

Junkanoo Beah Club

At Taino Beach on Saturday night enjoy the Good Ole Boys Band between 5pm - 7pm

Billy Joe’s

Billy Joe’s is a popular spot to relax and watch the sunset on the beach. Located just West of the Our Lucaya Resort property, Billy Joe will be glad to help you while his one man band entertains you.

Island Seas Resort

Island Seas Resort is a timesharing / hotel on the beach. Come down between 8pm - 9:30pm to enjoy their live band (Leo & the Sunglows). They play everything and they do a great job on their oldies.
